About OpsNote

OpsNote is operated by OpsNote LTD. OpsNote is a business command centre for managing enquiries, customer messages, leads, bookings, finance signals, stock, and receipts or invoices.

By creating an account, starting a trial, connecting a channel, using the web app, or using the desktop app, you agree to these terms.

Your Account And Workspace

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and business information and only invite or authorise people who are allowed to access your workspace.

You must only connect business channels, email accounts, customer data, receipts, invoices, messages, and files that you have the right to access and process through OpsNote.

Billing, Trial, And Subscription Access

Eligible new customers receive a 3-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts. You will not be charged during the trial if you cancel before the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at £39.99 per month until cancelled.

Checkout, payment method collection, invoices, subscription management, billing status, and customer portal access are handled by Stripe. Subscription access may be limited, paused, or removed if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, a charge is disputed, or an account is no longer eligible to use OpsNote.

Trials are limited to one per customer or business unless OpsNote agrees otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location and Stripe billing configuration.

Connected Services

OpsNote may connect to third-party services including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Stripe, and other providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, account requirements, permissions, and technical limits.

Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp business messaging features are part of OpsNote v1 where supported by your account and provider setup. Gmail features are currently paused for the public release while Google verification and CASA requirements are completed and should be treated as coming soon unless OpsNote explicitly enables them for your account.

Third-party providers may change APIs, permissions, review requirements, rate limits, account rules, or availability. OpsNote is not responsible for failures caused by third-party provider restrictions, outages, rejected permissions, disconnected accounts, or account-level limitations.

Messaging And Acceptable Use

You must only message customers where you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so. Do not use OpsNote for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, unlawful marketing, deceptive activity, scraping, or misuse of customer data.

You are responsible for the content you send, the accuracy of customer information, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules, including marketing, consent, privacy, consumer, and communications rules.

AI Features

OpsNote may provide AI classifications, summaries, language detection, lead value estimates, missing-information suggestions, suggested replies, and receipt or invoice analysis. These features are assistance tools, not guarantees.

You must review AI output before sending it to customers, relying on it, or using it for business decisions. OpsNote is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output without human review.

Finance, Stock, And Receipt Features

OpsNote's finance, stock, receipt, invoice, pipeline, and value tracking features are operational tools. They are not accounting, tax, legal, insurance, or financial advice and should not replace professional advice or formal bookkeeping software where required.

You are responsible for checking uploaded files, extracted totals, stock entries, costs, tax treatment, and business records before relying on them.

Desktop App

OpsNote may provide a downloadable desktop app alongside the web app. The desktop app connects to the same OpsNote service and may require internet access, updates, and a valid subscription or trial to use protected features.

Availability And Changes

OpsNote is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep the service reliable, but interruptions, sync delays, maintenance, third-party provider issues, or data processing delays may happen.

OpsNote may update, add, remove, pause, or change features where needed for security, compliance, product improvement, provider requirements, or operational reasons. Coming-soon or roadmap features are not guaranteed until released.

Suspension Or Termination

OpsNote may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create security or compliance risk, fail to pay, dispute valid charges, or use the product in a way that could harm OpsNote, customers, providers, or other users.
